Parting was what was happening in Sina House Tabora Boys.

Sina House is one among famous domitories in tabora boys high school. the name is given in memory of a late african cheif from chagga community, their king Mangi Sina is remembered for his strong anti-colonia resistance.

Students who are addmited in sina house in Tabora Boys are always proud of this great domitory, the domitory is famous on smartness and the collaboration they had with fellow students from both Tabora Boys and Girls.

A DOCTRINE TO ESTABLISH TABORA SCHOOL
ASSOCIATION


INTRODUCTION

Tabora Boys High School and Tabora Girls High School herein referred to as “the schools”.
The schools are among the oldest and the best schools in the country, the schools have been special and have been producing Tanzanite shining results, most of our prominent Politicians, respected Leaders, competent Engineers, best school Teachers, competent medical Doctors, outstanding Lawyers, world class Economists, Administrators, university Lecturers and other Professionals have passed through the schools in there secondary levels.

Currently, due to several factors the schools performance, resources, respect
and reputation have been getting lower and lower has time rotate.

In saving the situation several individuals who have ever passed through the schools have been visiting the schools and gave their support either financial or materially.

The efforts above have been of great help to the schools and solved many of the schools’ problems; unfortunately they have not been of permanent help; due to the fact that they are efforts of a single person at a time.

I therefore propose to establish an association comprising of former Tabora Boys and Girls High School students. And my target in this intention is all the people, of every profession, occupation regard less of there color, political party, religion or class so long as they once passed through Tabora School once in there education career they fit in.

It is important to look back at where your coming from and act to bring about positive effects, I, therefore call upon you Doctor, Teacher, Politician, Lawyer, Engineer, Businessman/woman, Lecturer, Director, Administrator, Economist, Sheikh, Pastor, University Student, pre-university students and all the people having the school’s history to come together amicably and stretch a helping hand to the schools


OBJECTIVES

• To research and recognize basic academic and wellbeing requirements/needs of Tabora schools students and staffs.

• To plan and designed approaches in which the needs of the schools are going to be achieved.

• To raise fund for the purposes of improving the schools’ academic and sports .infrastructure.

• To facilitate the supply of equipments to those students with special needs, such as disables, poor and the like.

• To find and to bridge the schools with sponsors internally and externally.

• To encourage and give both material and enthusiasm support to the students who want to qualify in several difference professionals.

• To link the schools with other schools world wide so as to make the school exposed

• To corporate with the government and non government associations who are education stakeholders in bringing about development in the schools and other schools in the country.


METHODS OF REALIZING THESE OBJECTIVES

The association shall engage in the following in order to realize its objectives.

1. Conduct research from time to time on the educational needs of the schools.

2. Opening a Tabora School basket for the purposes of rising fund.

3. The society shall recruit a large number of members so as to obtain the required support.

4. The society shall impart other education stakeholders in getting the required support.

5. The society shall be conducting events for the purposes of rising fund.

6. To implement project in furtherance of goals and development targets of the schools.

7. To cooperate with other associations which have similar goals to these of ours.

8. And to do anything within the association’s ability for the benefit of the schools.


MEMBERSHIP


{i} Patron, Honorary President and other Honorary members;

{a} there shall be a Patron of this association, who shall be proposed by the
Acting Committee and endorsed by the annual general meeting.

{b} There shall be honorary president who shall be proposed the Acting
Committee and endorsed by the annual general meeting.

{C} The Patron and Honorary President shall be people of outstanding
Character, committed and spear headers of academic development.

{ii} Individual Members

{a} Any person who happened to school in one among the schools in either
ordinary, advance, or both levels is free to be a member



{b} Any person who do not fulfill condition mentioned in {a} above
Who but wish to join the association and agree to adhere with the objectives
and the constitution of the association and with allowance from the acting
committee
.


{iii} Associate Members;

{a} Non-government organizations which adheres with our objectives.

{b} Groups of professionals, religious, social or any other union which adheres
with the association’s objective may be a member.


{vii} Reserved membership

As for the matter of expedient the association shall reserve membership to.

{a} The Head master of Tabora Boys High School for the time being.

{b} The Head mistress of Tabora Girls High School for the time being.


Note; The constitution of the association categorizes the membership widely.



FINALLY;

This doctrine has come to you as preliminary information, there are other administration and technical undertakings processed so us to assure a successful operation of the association.

Soon the chance of membership is going to be introduced to you.

Tabora Schools Association ni hasasi ya kiraia ilinayohasisiwa na wadau mbalimbali wenye historia ya kusoma Tabora Girls High School na Tabora Boys High School katika level tofauti wakati wa mchakato wao wakutafuta elimu. Hivyo Tabora School katika Blog hii ni Tabora Girls na Tabora Boys High Schools tu, na si zaidi. Ingawa tunajua kuna shule nyingine za Sekondari mkoani Tabora, Kazima Sekondari, Mirambo Sekondari, Huyui, New Era Sekondari, Mihayo Sekondari, Al Hassan Mwinyi Sekondari na nyingine nyingi.

Hata hivyo Tabora Schools Association iniwakaribisha wengine wote kutembelea blog hii na kuitolea maoni.

Kwa kuwa pia mkoa wa Tabora kama ilivyo mikoa mingi Tanzania iko nyuma kidogo ya tekinolijia ya mawasiliano na habari, Tabora Schools Asssociation inajitolea blog hii kuleta habari mbalimbali za maendeleo, changamoto, fulsa na mapungufu ya mkoa wa Tabora.
